Are all lots currently being sold, or are you selling in phases?



We are currently in Phase 1 of the community. We are only selling lots in the first phase, but we are open to selling lots in groups if a builder is interested in that approach.

What is the price range of the lots?



In Phase 1, lots are priced at $125,000. Pricing may change as the project progresses.

Are any amenities included, such as pickleball courts, walking paths, or parks?



Yes! The community includes walking trails that lead to the mountains, pickleball courts, and a park.

Is there a Design Review Committee (DRC) for submitting home plans?



Yes! Home plans will be submitted for review to the current committee, which may evolve as the community grows.

Are all floor plans offered by Pride Home Builders available to be built in The Heights?



Yes! All of Pride’s floor plans were designed with this subdivision in mind. While homeowners are welcome to bring their own builder, we heavily encourage using Pride Home Builders as our preferred partner for a seamless building experience.

Do you have photos of finished homes in the community?



Currently, there are two completed homes in the development. Photos of these homes, as well as renderings of planned homes, are available until more homes are finished.

Are there any HOA fees?



There is no HOA at The Heights, only CCRs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions), which are available for review.

After purchasing a lot, how long does someone have to build?



Construction must begin within twelve (12) months of purchasing a lot and be completed within twenty-four (24) months of the purchase date.
